On December 18th, the HBM4330 open-type tunnel boring machine "Fushui" independently developed and manufactured by Tangxing Technology was officially rolled off at the Trenchless Equipment Industrial Park. Many leaders and guests came to the ceremony to watch and deliver speeches. The equipment will be used in the excavation construction of the Water Pipeline Project from the Dam Head of Fujian Jiangyin Yujiao Village to the Jiangyin Yangbian Regulating Reservoir.

This project includes 0.874 kilometers of buried pipes and 7.626 kilometers of tunnels, and the total length of the water supply line is 8.501 kilometers. Due to the long excavation distance and complex geological conditions, extremely high requirements are placed on the excavation performance and stability of the equipment. The "Fushui" tunnel boring machine is a large-scale high-tech excavation equipment newly developed by Tangxing Technology that integrates mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, optical, sensor, and information technology. It has efficient and stable excavation performance, intelligent control system, and green and environmentally friendly slag discharge method. With the advantages of automation, continuity, intelligence, and greenness, it can accurately respond to construction challenges. Its unique gripper propulsion system and variable shield structure further ensure the high precision and safety of tunnel construction. In addition, the "Fushui" is also equipped with an efficient slag transportation system, which can quickly transport rock chips to the belt conveyor, achieve efficient slag discharge, and operate continuously and stably, greatly improving the operating efficiency, in line with the concept of green and environmentally friendly construction.
